We do not share personal information with third parties without consent unless the law requires us to. We do need to pass on some of this personal data to our business and IT service providers. Our suppliers are bound by UK privacy law and the terms of the contracts we have with them.

Retention
We retain personal information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. In the case of project or contract related information, we must retain information for 7 years after the end of the contract.

On behalf of yourself and your organisation, you acknowledge that your and your organisation's use of Streamscript software does not give you or your organisation any rights of any kind in relation to the software other than the right to use the software on a non-transferrable and non-exclusive basis for your own personal or your organisation's own internal use to transfer data. Neither you nor your organisation may make the software available to our competitors nor use the software for any purpose in connection with the supply of goods or services (including without limitation the supply of data transfer services) to any third party. You, on behalf of yourself and your organisation, agree that it is reasonable that Streamscript Ltd and its directors, agents, employees, officers, or any associated companies or entities over which they have control shall, to the maximum extent allowed by law, have no liability of any kind in any circumstances whatever (including without limitation for any data loss or corruption) to you or your organisation in respect of our software and your and your organisation's use of it and that Streamscript Ltd gives no warranty of any kind in respect of the software. For the same reasons, all statutory and implied warranties, terms and conditions are excluded to the maximum extent allowed by law.
